Anyone know about what is contributed surplus? Besides giving shareholder special dividend of 14.3c, C& G also transfer HK$188,517,477 to the contributed surplus account. The total amount of contributed surplus account will be HKD 890668000 (HKD702151000+ HKD188517000). If C& G selects to delist after a year, will this money distribute back to shareholder? Anyone know, please share. Thanks!
Yes in sense they sell away the grandblue so they can pay the dividend

The best is the sale go through and the shell com sold at a good price to other looking for back door listing :D
Or the c&g intl sale breaks down and they sell the grandblue for something closer to their market value

Well they haven't received a gd chunk of the $ for the Thailand sale. If it comes in next 2 weeks then should be another boost

They are selling 2 areas - C& G (Thailand) and C& G(International). They completed the sales of C& G(Thailand) which is one of the condition for their the sale of C& G (International). The dividend will be subjected to completion of both C& G (Thailand) and C& G(International).
There 2 different buyers for C& G( Thailand) and C& G(International).

Divide by no of shares then convert from hkd to sgd lor. I get 14.7 cents using Google. But there will be some slippage from exchange conversion rate. 14.3 cents per what C&G say is conse5
