Another REIT asking right issues...

 

In short, KIT sold one data centre to KDC REIT. KDC REIT bought two data centres.

The Offer price is S$1.67 and S$1.71 per Unit for the PO... For the PP, the Offer price is HIGHER, at S$1.703 and S$1.744 per New Unit.

Sad pour moi,... my Average Holding price currently is at $1.33,... hence, post-Issue, I would have averaged-UP by quite a fair bit.

There will be at least 9 to 10 new data centres coming into the market over the next 15 to 20 months. Over capacity with price war! Investor beware!!!

 

Why did they have to sell those shares today at such low price?????????????Stupid guys

They did say the proceeds from an earlier Rights Issue done would be included into this financing package. Hence, if you did subscribe to the earlier exercise, it would be fair then.

 

Placement guys are getting a free ride at our cost. We have vested and they come in and dilute us.
