See how long the BBs can support the prices hehe

Since Kimly BBs so " bonded" to place out so many shares to their " private placement groups" ,
what Retailers should do is : apply same strategy , " stay bonded" . Dont bother until it drops below 35 cents.
When NO Retailers Interest, Kimly Share Price will flunk to our TP
Swee ?

It is now sinking and closer and closer to the IPO price. .

Swee ?
Those contra players queuing to buy since opening waiting to....
When that happens, those " beautiful scenarios" of IPO Prospects and Earnings Forecast, will nost likely fall below expectations as " margins eorded" or " number of coffeeshops reduced" due to intense competitive bidding mode.

Now the " typical coffeeshop talk" will be like :
" Waaaaaa.... you know that Kimly towkays....si bei poooohhhh (rich) now all drive ma-ser-dee......"
" gu zhar (lat time) they only......blah blah ...."
When landlords hear these talk, they know they going to Up Rental Soon

It is not surprising that Kimly does not own their coffe shops and they are leased from landlords. Or else, how can they reach such a large number of operating coffe shops, food courts and eateries under their brand name. To buy every one of those coffe shops over from the landlords, they would have taken probably many decades to accomplish this large number of operating outlets by buying every outlet to be fully owned by them. I do not think Kimly is one of those old established brands started from the early 60s or so right?

When I learnt that Kimly dont own their coffeeshops, and " their coffeeshops" are on Master Leased Basis, my mood dampened quite a lot.
Ultimately, their business fate depends on Real Landlords.
With market valuing it at $500 mil, you shall see a lot of new groups coming up. And they are going to bid and compete. Expect Coffeeshop Landlords to be the one with the biggest jackpots. When that happens, Kimly either loses some coffeeshops territories or they bid too high and margins squeezed.
huangyuanhe ( Date: 20-Mar-2017 10:15) Posted:
Anyone can also start another " Kimly" . The business model is very simple. Since market like such coffeeshop model and value it so much, those coffeeshop owners can easily form a better group.

Let BBs play with themselves meaning BBs making $ from BBs. See which BBs smarter

Thus, the only time to make money is when others are fearful and prices are really undervalued and depressed that one can buy shares of a good company cheap. Otherwise, we do not expect to make much profits especially when there are BBs around with big money that creates unfair advantage towards them. But that is the way things work which always favour the big money which have better chances of moving share prices.

Not to worry about the BBs. They know how to play their game. This time round having only a small tranche of IPO shares available for the public already shows favour for the BBs especially their subscription price is lower than IPO price. They can even manipulate the share price to lower it enough to entice and attract retail investors in to buy the shares and then they can do another round of pushing up the price and this second round will catch many retail investors and allow the BBs to distribute to them. The word of caution here is that one can never fight the BBs and insiders since they already got their shares in Kimly cheaper than the public. They already have a head-start better than the public in the cheaper price of the shares they hold.

Yup.
Retailers dont be tricked by big Buy Queues and small Sell Queues.
I can gauge Reailers Interest very very dampened. All cautious and " scared" mode.

Sooner or later, BBs will just be " playing among themselves"   But this is " not very sustainable " as BBs will take a long time to distribute to the retailers.

Now from TOP to bottom down " distribution mode" , it is more difficult to distribute this way.   Just wanna say : BBs " too greedy" to open debut price at more than +100% Gain. Scares away a lot of retailers interest.

See what I mean ? Retailers are cautious. Scared to buy at preimum price +75% to 100% above IPO price.
I see the opening price at 55 cents, I can gauge a lot of retailers mood dampened.
Remember : Private Placements A LOT and at very Low Price.
