Actually it is not too high, the price. What it is is it is going to be a very safe but boring stock. This is for reitrement fund. Steady dividend earning stock.
But theose who subscribed, but thought they were only going to get very little stocks and now ended up getting more than they wanted, they are the ones selling off now.

Maybe for the first day, they will try ways and means to maintain above water, few days later, it might dip below the ipo price as a result of the huge float.
