You are wrong. The strenghtening of Ringgit is GOOD for duty free international.
1) They buy their goods in USD. So now is cheaper for them since Ringgit is stronger ==> Lower costs
2) Ringgit strengthening is due to the improved economy of Malaysia and thus Malaysian consumer will spend more.
3) Ringgit stronger means they are able to pay more dividends as their profit is in Ringgit thus when they convert to SGD , singapore investors will receive higher dividends.
The current share price is manipulated by BBs to press down the share price for accumulation for the coming financial report which will be good due to the strengthening of ringgit. The next financial report is due Jan 2018.

In jan, gov imposed tax hike....rev n profit down....tis 2 mth ringgit strengthen quite a lot, thus might hurt sales....plus bad mkt sentiment....dyodd

NAV 16 cents, EPS about 2 cents so PE 13.5 times, DPS 1.6 cents yield about 5.9%.

The management has spent $3.17 million to buy back 10.45 million shares between July - Sept also unable to push up share price.
