Why you say con? People buy stocks without due D deserved to be conned....be it in SGX or Geyland XMM....besides HPHT is on the rise, give out good div (now), huge discount over NBV...improved trade sentiments.......backed by rich owner....it' s better than many other Reits which pumped up and issue rights....I don' t see why you say this is a con, just because it retraced a few cents? Every other stocks does after XD

Part 13  Possible Bubble?
Is there a possible bubble? Always possible.
I took some time to find some information and apply it to HPHT and other commodities.
I felt that I do feel that there is some cause of concern but we have not seen major shift in the whole market and below is something simple to show what have gone through in my thinking.
In conclusion, I felt that there is a need to consistent lookout for potential game changer that will affect fundamental such as Bubble market. So is one of the list that I always look in and make sure I dont get totally off guard and if something do happen, I will be ready to face it.

However, I feel that we should look at other possible bubbly stock that can shock the market.
One of the most talk about item would be Bitcoin.
