Previously they announced the delay was due to they wanna buy I-Fashion, likely DD of that company cannot go thru Anyway also don' t know why they wanna buy that company. Anw since not buying that company the DD should be all clear.

It is quite pathetic Artivision is not even worth 1ct- i remember it hit .12ct five years ago and .25ct about 10 years ago
and now only worth a fraction . It was then involved in some surveillance equipment biz.
just hope the RTO will give this rotten penny a new lease of life and bring some hope to those long-suffering shareholders
