The Board of Directors (&ldquo Board&rdquo ) of H2G Green Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refers to the article published on 26 October 2022 by Channel NewsAsia titled &ldquo Man who paid S$1 million to company in hope of getting Singapore PR sentenced to jail for lying to MOM&rdquo and the article published on 27 October 2022 by The Straits Times titled &ldquo Chinese national who gave false info in Employment Pass application jailed for 7 weeks&rdquo concerning the employer company known as Gashubin Engineering Private Limited (&ldquo Gashubin&rdquo ). The Board wishes to clarify that Gashubin is not a subsidiary of the Company nor part of the Group. However, to the best of the Company&rsquo s knowledge, Gashubin is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gashubunited Holding Private Limited (&ldquo GHPL&rdquo ), being a controlling shareholder of the Company with approximately 37.27% of the Company&rsquo s shareholding. Our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Mr. Lim Shao-Lin holds approximately 60.25% of GHPL&rsquo s shareholding and is also the sole director of Gashubin. Based on information provided by our Chief Executive Officer and Director, Mr Lim Shao-Lin, he has clarified with the Board on some background relating to the news articles published by Channel NewsAsia and The Straits Times above respectively, as follows:
