NAV 2.88c, with P/BV = 0.7
HGH' s results getting better and better, lagging way behind other SGX listed construction and related companies. Time to catch up.

This one may attract funds from govt' s Equity Market Development Programme (EQDP) as a couple of the funds are pretty active in the consturction related companies.

Did a detailed analysis on HGH result. HGH' s financial statement easy to digest. No one-off items / complicated accounting.
2H EPS at 0.2c
Annualised earnings will be 0.4c (going forward, result should get better based on the company 12 months outlook despite this year good result)
At conservative PE of 10x (instead of using the same higher PE ratio for peers) , HGH target price = 4c
