I see quite a few analysts now reducing both US and JP to equal weight as they have gone up too much. So funds may be flowing out to other developed countries like SG.

Last round hit 1.75 before it crash so I think this round will hit new High.

There are still plenlty of Keppel free shares to go around. However, the BB can always buy them up on the way to 170, rether than on the way down.
