| Tomorrow is last day to spring any surprises IF ANY. Maybe anti climax and 0.67 done deal ( more or less) unless conditions not met which is highly unlikely as well. |

| Assuming Lim estate maintains 35% and HW 51%, public float is at best14%..which is razor thin to meet listing requirement. |

If u don't accept offer and deal goes thru then 2 possible scenarios: ( I may be wonrg):
1) if public float is maintained and HW retains listing status for DM, then trading as per normal
2) if public float not maintained there exists risk of suspension by SGX but before that happens there may be a grace period for major SH to release shares to market to maintain float.
Any other view |

| I tried to search but couldn' t find the answer. If I don' t accept offer and it still goes trough, what will happen? My shares will be sold at 0.67? If yes, then why to rush to accept offer.. |
|
|
|
Let's say..HW HAVE 51%>>
THEN ESTATE HAVE 35©>>
Then free float is about 15%>>
Then trading will be illiquid..that's the end of interest to this stock

The offer will close on 6 Nov. After that the returns will be tallied up. If acceptance exceeds 51%, then offer becomes unconditional.
I think should not take too long. Maybe a couple of days to credit your account |
