Yes, most likely. Once they get 90, they can choose to make a general offer to compulsorily acquire all shares they do not have

why to rush to sell it my balance shares?I have confident on HW will have better prospect for
Dyna-mac and my cost is less than 0.30.

I thot they pay me once tendered like many other offers.
Guess I shld wait until the end.
Maybe HW may pay more to get 90 per cent
It announced 7 days but we tendered almost 1 month already....next time don't tender so fast...
Nothing stops this deal.

I think if they received more than 90% acceptance they may do a complusory acquisition for the remaining shares, as started in their letter yesterday..
HW was willing to buy Dyna at 0.67, do you think they will let the price dropping?
There must have some good potential for the Company to grow, I was selling half of my holding and
bet for balance holdings to move higher.
