Any idea why there is a huge number of selling for keppel reit?
Bid Volume:  39,500
Ask Volume:  923,100
The stock also have being dropping from S$1.2 to now S$0.955...
I just bought 100 lots at S$ 0.935%o. Hope it is worth :)
I was wrong, Keppel Reit is moving from unloved to hated ... this stock is such a laggard, all thank to its lousy management. Exited my position.
Keppel Reit is so unloved now that it' s time to start loving it! Continue to accummulate below $1 ... injection of Ocean Financial Centre was done at $1.17, you' re buying it at a steal.
 
DPU of 1.7cents 
down again to 1.13
how far this counter will down?
More down side for Keppel REIT. The down trend just started.

Went in at 1.15 today.
so long never see less than $1.20... lucky i exit some... now waiting for the right moment to go in for some more coffee $$ again..
I think all the past fees were paid with units instea of $$$.
DPU drop so much even with full quater revenues from MBFC tower 3 , also management chose to take their fee in scrips somemore if not DPU will fall ever lower to below 1.6 cents.
The more sellers, the better for me. See who got the patience. 
As if you do not know the typical sporean style... the gain in price is just a chance for these ppl to escape... see the sell q, all que at the emergency exit, lol

See what I meant, up 2 cents right away.
Not only office, all sectors are already over supplied, but certain classes are still holding well. Keppel Reit' s properties should be in these classes. 
Lower prices will mean better yield. My concern is about the Fomc' s announcement, I may not be able to buy more Keppel Reit at closing price if the Fed lost the " Patience" tonight. 
Office oversupply in 2016 onwards.
Or may be shorted this counter after writing the article?
I have no doubt of Keppel Reit' s performance, but just because uncalled for comment saying " It' s tme to cash out on office reit" . This counter was brough done to a lower price for me. WIll give me good opportunity to pick durians. No sure if the author of that article is allowed to buy after wrting that article?
