Del Monte Results Announcement

Hello fellow shareholders

Please do attned the AGM and pose questions.

At the last physical AGM for 2019 AGM from my recollection, The CFO was so bullish about the Group snd more especially about the IPO of the subsidiary in the Philippines. In that subsidiary, the Group sold a chunk of shares to a private equity fund to pare down the debts in the Group. There is a DEADLINE for the listing/IPO.

WHat has had happened???

DPML share is attempting to break lower 0.17 to 0.165 this week.Another 4 weeks to fall to 0.15 support level before earnings report on 7 September.

Resistance level is 0.15 to buy who had not sold the shares based on Chartgenie 

 

Price going to be 0.17 with abt 250000 shares selling at 0.171.

Beware DPML share price is a falling knife. The price gets cheaper every week. Sell and buy back later using CFD.

 

DPML share sell down 0.178 and buy up price at 0.178,...at low volume to sell down at high volume. If low volume of less than 10000  the share price is going up.. 

 

This one not within our control since DPML' s finance is screwed up partially because they overstretched and partially because US Fed Reserve' s interest rates continued to rise.

Fortunately I diversified and did not put too much money here to have to lose sleep over this small investment.   Most of my other investments are profitable (as in the company rather than me) and have huge cash reserves.   Many companies in Singapore are undervalued by more than 50%   many are ops profitable but are suffering fair-value property losses or forex losses.

Saw it but never really paid too much attention to this.   I was paying more attention to the Financial Report and dividend announcement report after it.   Because   of them, I capped the max amount I was willing to invest into this company at that time.

It would not happen that way because investors would have scooped them up before it could happen.

My only worry is it listing in USA and no of ordinary shares doubles/triples.   Then future profits would be dilluted ( more like less dividends in future ).   If they list, share-price could drop by a lot or could go back to previous heights.

Small amount of 20000 shares when price drops from 0.22 to 0.12, the loss is 2000 dollars. Strong sell signals from trading system and there is no uptrend when most stocks are up from positive news in US. A do not bother stock may become bothersome.

The most important is that the price must fall 0.01 every week. The short sellers are traders working and they do not pay much fees. Otherwise how can they earn a living just like others that are going up to entice .

 

Possibly there are big shorters in the Phillipines.

I could not be bordered looking over there (as I do not have a lot vested on this stock).   Perhaps some of you would.
