Cambridge Ind Trust Results Announcement

Previously I already warned that by conducting share buyback, the DPU will be reduced and true enough, the DPU decrease > 20% y on y.

So now they conducting share buyback again ??? wouldn' t it be better to increase DPU?

I dun trust the management

I think share buyback and the recent high volume with volatile price movement recently is to help those institutional managers who subscribed to the right shares at around 32 cents to offload ?? I dun know.. just my guess

But I prefer them to increase DPU rather than throw away $$$ for share buyback

Back in October they were buying some as low as S$0.26. They should have bought more then at that price, rather than investing in this Japan fund.

 

ESR Logo Reit bought their share starting from 30 cents. Now the share price is traded at 32 cents, the same price with the right issue at 32 cents But I am still making a loss. Hope the share price do not go down again, but goes up instead. HUAT for year 2024

The best news would be to quick out ESR as Manager.

 

I would appreciate being pointed out exactly what material good news this company has announced. I don' t see any.

 

Correct. The share price kept going down after the ex dividend. Is not a good response.

So much good news until NTA drops by 12% again to 32 cents and DPU drops by 21% to 1.18 cents? and every single year NTA and DPU dropped and dropped and dropped

ESR Logo Reit has so much good news but the share price is traded at 32 cents. I got stuck with this stocks, and I only can do is to collect the dividends. The dividend is well paid off.
If I have money, I will buy again this stocks.

I am good to hold. The dividends help pay for my travels. I do hope they get bought over one day by Mapletree or CapLand though. That will be a re-rating.

I would advise u to look at the 7 years trend since ESR took over Cambridge reit. It has been going down, DPU, NTA and share price ever since. That why MANY users here are fed up with ESR. Most of them ex-ESR shareholders who gave up and have already sold.

Not I bashing.. I just saying the truth. U can go do research on ESR-reit past 7 years trend both NTA and DPU as well as the share price.

NTA drops > 10% and DPU drops > 20% and u say is " not too bad. Almost good" ?

7 years ago, U know when ESR took over Cambride Reit, the NTA was 60 cents and DPU 5 cents.

then they start issuing rights/placements until the unit increase and increase until the base unit so huge that NTA now only 32 cents and DPU now 1.18x2 = around 2.4 cents. They overpaid for the merger with VIVA and LOGOS and they issue shares at super low price.

In the end, who benefitted from the increase in units? u? u as the shareholder experience share dilution. So in the end share price dropped from 60 cents to now 30 cents and so do the share price of the units u holding and u say is good?

U shd ask around how many users here are pro-esr and how many anti-esr
