Today company bought back 2,656,300 shares (total transactions today were 4.648m shares) at an average of $0.05492 per share.
USP Group stays steady at $0.055, with volume transacted at just over 4m shares. The big buy queue (20m) finally emerged at $0.055 today after 15:21. Yesterday it was stationed at $0.052. In a week, the queue has moved up from $0.046 on Mar 11 to $0.055 now. What is next ? Not easy to play.
Sure enough, the big queue (> 20m shares) has moved up to $0.051 today. Whether it will disappear at the right time is another matter. Haha. But one think we cannot deny is that transactions for this very quiet counter have increased in the past 2 weeks.

Today USP +$0.004 to close at $0.054 or up 8% for the day. If according to the rule book, the 1m preclose purchase cannot be company buybacks. SGX rules that companies may only purchase shares by way of a market acquisition at a price which is not more than 5% above the average closing market price. Anyway, just check if there is any announcement.
Noticed for the last few days, the big supporting queue has moved up a bid a day from $0.056 on 11/3 to $0.058 today (20m queue). Interesting to see whether it continue to do so next Monday.

The big queue (> 10m ) has moved up to $0.047 this morning. Difficult to reading their intention.
It is a joke that the lowering of the minimum lot size to 100 shares has been used mostly for marking. In this case, only 200 shares are done so far: 100 shares at $0.050 and the other 100 shares at $0.047. Haha.
Queue at $0.046 has now built up to over 20 million ! Someone want to push up ?

A lot of corporate developments in the past year. Name changed. Core business changed. Will its fortune going to change ? Charts looks encouraging.

Unionmet Bought Hsuan Hsin and annouced it unknowingly.
Volum sudendenly goes up.... not sure something will happen or not ... !!

Unionmet has a non-binding MOU to acquire 49% stake in SG Support Service, a cargo transportation, waste management, tank cleaning and general construction firm. The acquisition is expected to bring about synergies with its oil-blending business.Company look like a serious player after its major org restructuring last year.
Unionmet buy huanhsin 32.9millin to 36.6min with9.16%, any comments of this transaction ! Good or bad?
