wow, bears are out in strength!
It does seems strange that price falls dispite good news release.
but even if the bears are right about distribution and price do goes down, it just shows the interest the BB have with this counter.
and they wanted to accumulate lower for the push up, but how low? i doubt it will be in the 20s.

Better pray hard the big players will not throw down at this point to cause a free fall. Buying queue is so thin

thanks for the warning, but judging at the situation of a whales accumulating at 0.039, it is highly unlikely they want to push the price down.
have been keeping my oceanus shares for almost 1 year now, i will take my chances that someone is going to pump it.
likewise, it is your last chance to get it at 0.039.

You might be confusing investing with price volatility. I am indeed excited and glad to hear about the news yesterday. Because it represents yet another milestone that Oceanus has made in its 3 year turnaround / tech-up phase. Yet, another significant deal (with Temasek) towards regional food security. The trading halt underlines the significance of the deal to Oceanus, and as a long investor, I rejoice and put my best foot forward to do my due diligence to understand why.
Don' t assume that everyone has the same time-frame and (lack of) patience as you. We are long investors. We ride on the success of a company' s growth, not on how share price moves in reaction to a piece of news. Even if it did, such movements are short-term and unsustainable once the emotion wanes.

I agree with you that they could have just announced these news without a halt, but on the other hand any association with Sats or other serious company might have brought more impact and I guess it was fair if they wanted to make sure there was enough time for everyone to digest the news before making any jump...

Can' t imagine being so excited about the news and so excited about how the price will shoot up once it unhalt but only to be disappointed with the underwhelming movement. For those who haven' t get out, dont have much time anymore to get out at 0.039
Yes this trading halt and the news which is no news. You incorporated a company, you could announce it after trading hour without the need for the dramatci trading halt.

as everyone might have notice, the share price toggles between 0.038/0.039 and 0.039/0.040 yesterday and even this morning.
i also noticed that 99% of the shares that traded hands is at 0.039 when i looked at time & sales details be it buy or sell.
Does anyone have any theories or have seen anything like this in other pennies?
it feels like someone is making a controlled purchase at 0.039 with no intention to push up or down the price(Yet).

Too many shares in kongsi, 24 billion lah. So gains will be so diluted, maybe shd consolidate from 10:1, to reduce to 2.4 billion instead.
