The accumulated losses can be easily turned around, it is just $2million in total so far. They made losses from some investment on china subsidiaries. Some penny stocks are making $30-70million losses every year still floating well above $0.100, e.g Rowsley.
They have the capability to take on big projects seeing how they managed to clinch a DBO contract by Garden&rsquo s by the Bay in November 2009 to construct and operate the Energy Resource Centre for 15 years.
Based on the charts, it looks like it is going to bottom soon or has already bottomed. Anyway, it' s rather low already, can just buy a small amount to see how it goes, potential multi-bagger and it is less volatile than penny oil stocks.

As to how will ecowise benefit from this new measures is also unknown.
