WITH OIL PRICE IN RECOVERY AT $54.12 NOW .. THE OIL AND GAS TENANTS SET TO EXPAND AND GROW
Security deposit = 18 months rental ?   Wow
I remember attending Soilbuild Reit AGM about ago 2 to3 years ago. I remember during the Ang Moh CEO time.
It was shared that they are quite fast to get a new tenant whenever an exisiting tenant left.
Hopefully they can do the same at the current challenging environment.

Soilbuild Biz REIT in Bubble chart.
http://mystocksinvesting.com/singapore-reits/bubble-charts/singapore-reit-stock-shortlisting-bubble-charts-october-2016/
everyone buy cos to make $$
If you expect 2 years dividends is enough to pay for rights, perhaps you should not invest in reits.   Those who invest in reits for dividends have a different mindset.   Price can go up or go down, depending on so many factors.   Dyodd.

Listen to some BS "experts" buy for yield. Now rights issue cycle started for reits. 3 companies so far, more to come. Dividends rec'd last 2 years not even enough to pay for rights issues. Have to cough out more $ just to avoid dilution as prices sinks more pain. Still wan to buy ? Got very deep pockets then go buy.
I have an urgent question on the preference offering.
I am currently overseas and will only be back after closing date.   Thus I will not be able to sign the offer form for submission.   It will be a loss to me.   What other options do I have to participate in the exercise?   Will I be able to trade the preference options?
Thank you for a quick answer,
Thus, do not trade/invest without a stop loss in mind, and, keep abreast of the news (preferably daily) so that you can bale out before the ship sinks

Concern is whether they can rent out the vacated plot by Technics.
It will take a big hit in DPU when the penalty fee on Technics is exhausted next year.
