STEEL fabrication specialist Yongnam Holdings has clinched four contracts worth about S$69.8 million in Singapore and the Middle East.
The new jobs comprise two structural steelwork subcontracts in Singapore at Jewel Changi Airport and at Robinson Tower and two supply and fabrication orders for Heat Recovery Steam Generator parts for powerplants in Qatar and Egypt.
The Jewel Changi Airport project is expected to start in the second quarter of 201. The Qatar contract is expected to be completed by June 2016, while the Egypt project should be completed by February 2017.
The four contracts are expected to positively contribute to 2016 results.
" We are delighted with our strong head start moving into 2016, with contract wins in three geographical markets underpinning our international growth strategy," Yongnam chief executive Seow Soon Yong said in a statement.
