Singapore fine dining and upscale and even a bit classy restaurants and cafes very difficult to do business in Singapore.

If fast food Mc Dondalds wants out from Sin and Mal.

Can do business is hawker stalls like the niang dou fu in chinatown i est their profit a year more than $ 3 mil. But white collar office corp and trendies all like air con high class good to see at ... business

The govt should control commercial and local retail rentals rather than residential.

their business very very good
