Agree, but you need cash to buy back when the market is on the down side/bottom.
So of course I need to sell to get back my capital and buy again at a cheaper price.
I don' t have infinite cash to hold for weeks, months or even years.

Thought it is better to hold first or buy when market is on the down side, like recently, instead of selling?
