Btw, the next 1.5years dpu will not drop due to technic offshore

Now already 680. Sometimes valuation not matching price. You see Fraser logistics yield was 7%, now price go up till 950 from 890, yield now 6.55%, people still buying.

if can hold long, can buy a bit more to hold.

This one should be at least 70 cents minimum. 

Now trading below target

 

The Changi property ( vacated by Technics OG ) will be difficult to rent out. Its has a seafront acreage that only oil and gas

or OSV buiding will be interested ( but now all of them are shrinking their balance sheets ). There are also other properties in

SBR rented out to OG clients. So if you think of investing in SBR you must have a decent buffer should DPU drops.

However think their Business Parks are OK though. 

 

 

65cents should be more realistic

Abit sad ler. Last year 80cents, last month 70cents, now target 60-58cents..
