haha.. their products and technology sound good but everytime someone going to buy over their products and tech, it will never materialised.
I wonder why...
They have MANY placements done and all these investors come and go. I wonder why .

simple question to ask.
When good news out, who bought and who sold? My guess? small investors bought and BB dumped.
When good news like Pytheas in 2009, China buyout in 2014, China road and belt in 2016 become " no" news, share price start sinking.. who bought and who sold? My guess? small investors sold and BB bought.
Along the way, there are various right issues/share placement and if u do homework to check, all these placements/rights issues  are done when share price are low at around  5 cents, never around the peak price of 10 to 25 cents so subscription costs  for BBs will be low.
So small investors would buy high and sell low while the BBs would buy low and sell high.
This company has many " good news" and many rights issues and many share placements  but the problem is none of these good news has ever materialised :)

I also think there is some stock price manipulation but the diff of this coy from others conned stock is that they really have the products and advanced technology. If they can succesfully turn coy into profitability, then there will huge potential

Smart money don't invest for 5 pct.
Disa had a CB at 1.1? Where's it today
Something big gonna happen is my take
Now risk reward favours huge upside vs risk

Looks like there is more to come from this addvalue. Personally think 7.0 to 8,0
If this is followed by contracts and success of IDRS .
Those who profited Disa at 1.0 to current , should know the pleasure if riding " a proof of concept" game.

This company pattern: First annouce some take over by some big company. Then annouce failure. Then annonuce fund raising.
2009: Pytheas
2014: China company
one thing is for sure, not one take over succeeded and also one thing for sure, fund raising will follow every aborted take over.
Strange

Company just announced issuance of CLN at 5% pa maturity in 2021 and exerciseable at 0.055. Good or bad?
In 2008, annouced deal of a buy out by Pytheas, share price chiong from 4 cents to 10 cents. Then no concrete news, share price slowly drifted back to 4 cents and then lower to less than 4 cents. Then the deal formally annouced dead. Is then followed by share placement.
In 2014, annouced deal of a buy out by a china company, share price chiong from 5 cents to 22 cents. Many small investors bought at around 15 to 20 cents thinking the share price will chiong to 25 to 30 cents. Then no concrete news and share price slowly dropped back to 8 cents and subsequently around 3 to 4 cents.
Many small investors are stuck at 15 to 20 cents during the run up when the China deal was annouced till now..
Recently it seems that the china deal is also dead. Is the followed by share placement.

In the year 2008, annouced buy up of the company shares by Pytheas. Share price spiked
Strategic investment by Pytheas of up to S$94.60 million in cash in Addvalue
Singapore, November 3, 2008&ndash SGX Main Board-listed Addvalue Technologies Ltd (&ldquo Addvalue&rdquo or the &ldquo Company&rdquo ), a leading provider of satellite communication, tracking and telemetry solutions and digital wireless design services, today announced that it had, on September 29, 2008 entered into an Investment Agreement (the &ldquo Investment Agreement&rdquo ) with Pytheas (Cyprus) Ltd (&ldquo Pytheas&rdquo ), part of the Pytheas conglomerate, a premier international investment management organisation, whereby Pytheas will invest up to S$94.96 million in cash in Addvalue.
In the year 2009, Pytheas deal aborted  followed by share placement
1. Background
Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on 3 November 2008 in relation to the investment agreement entered into between the Company and Pytheas (Cyprus) Ltd (&ldquo Pytheas&rdquo ) on 29 September 2008 (the &ldquo Pytheas Investment Agreement&rdquo ). Endeavour efforts have been made over the past few months to bring the investment by Pytheas to fruition. However, due to Pytheas&rsquo failure to fulfill certain of the precompletion conditions to the investment despite the Company&rsquo s many grace extensions, the Company has notified Pytheas that the Pytheas Investment Agreement is terminated in accordance with the terms of the said agreement in order that the Company may pursue investments with other interested parties on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed.
2. The Subscription Agreement, Convertible Loan Agreement and Term Sheet
Accordingly, the Company has separately entered into the following investment arrangements to procure an aggregate cash funding of S$5 million:-
(a) S$2 million via a subscription agreement dated 30 May 2009 (the &ldquo Subscription Agreement&rdquo ) with four high net worth individuals, namely
Messrs Tan Sze Seng, Jonathan Lim Keng Hock, Lim Chye Huat @ Bobby Lim Chye Huat and Soh Eng Bee (collectively, the &ldquo Investment 1
Investors&rdquo ), through the collective issuance of 40,000,000 new shares of the Company (the &ldquo Investment 1 Shares&rdquo ) at S$0.05 each (&ldquo Investment Price
1&rdquo )(&ldquo Investment 1&rdquo ) and (b) S$3 million via a convertible loan agreement dated 30 May 2009 (the
&ldquo Convertible Loan Agreement&rdquo ) with Grande Pacific Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and wholly-owned by Mdm Marilyn
Ting Hong Lean, the spouse of Mr Jonathan Lim Keng Hock (&ldquo Investment 2 Investor&rdquo ), through the grant of a convertible loan (the &ldquo Loan&rdquo ), convertible, in
whole or in part, at the option of the Investment 2 Investor into a maximum of 60,000,000 new shares of the Company (the &ldquo Investment 2 Shares&rdquo ) at
S$0.05 each (&ldquo Conversion Price 2&rdquo )(&ldquo Investment 2&rdquo ). Under the Convertible Loan Agreement, interest is payable monthly in arrears at the rate of 12% per
annum, until the Loan is converted or redeemed in accordance with the terms thereof.

In the year 2014,  China deal annouced buy out of company for $240M
In the year 2017, China deal doomed, followed by share placement.

I wonder what is the company doing all these for..
