There is no property bubble as our government is controlling very well. Mr Koh  is confident of his companies prospects and we  also must have confident on him also.

| If he think there is a bubble. He shld look for another business source rather than buying shares. Furthermore, there is no bubble now,no point buying so much now right and finally, if there is a bubble coming, he will rather keep his monies from his sale of shares and also sell off his shareholdings in Fragrance |

What does Koh Wee Meng ?s moves  signifies?
December 26, 2013 at 5:19 pm
Koh Wee Meng,Fragrance group CEO has sold a large chunk of Tee Land
and Roxy-Pacific shares in order to use the cash to buy his own
companies Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotel. On first look, it
looks like he is confident of his companies prospects and less of other
companies propects. However, these companies are in the same
business, property and hotel. Unless, his companies has a special
competitive advantage over others, they will suffer and prosper
together.
It means that he is eager to shore up defence in his own companies to
hold up the share price due to selling pressure and the cash has to
come from shareholdings in other people?s companies.Of course,my
deductions may be wrong but if it is correct, property bubble may burst
soon and hotel business also may take a setback. Watch Out!

Seem far fetched to me as well. Given that he wanted to spin off gph and do share bonuses for years, a delist is a mockery of his actions.

Delist???? What is the likelihood this will ever happen.
From what i know, the shares outstanding is  6.72 bn. He will need to buy back on a frequent basis.

Dont think there is a minimum.

Someone just bought 1,000,000 @ 0.220.   Possibly the director.

It will be suspended and then delisted if it falls below 10%.
Kind of remind me of sc global.
