I think the real conspiracy is by the two of them. Both took turns to short their own stocks when they make these announcements.
How do public listed companies with suppiosedly  well-qualified people  get into this kind of situation I will never understand.

  The Tenant and the Guarantor are claiming unlawful conspiracy regarding the sale and leaseback transaction of 72 Loyang Way, Singapore 508762 (the &ldquo Claims&rdquo ), and are seeking injunctions to restrain any call by the Trustee on the Bank Guarantee.
The Manager denies the Claims and intends to vigorously defend against the Claims. The Manager will release further announcements as necessary on this matter.

Technics O& G constitutes about 9% of total rental revenue. The worst that could happen is that it becomes a long drawn legal case. Initially I thought SB Reit already received the 18 months security deposit. But realized it is only a banker' s guarantee. With TO& G intending to dispute this, I doubt SBR will get the security deposit so soon. And now with TO& G claiming the sales of the loyoang premise a " Conspiracy" things will not be so easy. I think until this is solved, coming quarters DPU may be affected. Bear in mind they also have other O& G master tenants. Pray that the are doing OK for now. Without rental income from Technics, no security deposit, unable to recover loyang premise to re-let, things certainly looks murky going forward for SB REIT.

Just to generate discussion about SB Reit. I had read that DBS has a buy call as one of the 2 buys
for industrial reit 2016. But by looking at its portfolio , there seems to be exposure to O & G , marine
as their tenants , some of which the share prices are like pennies ( dont know if they can continue to
pay rents ). Can some experts share their thoughts here. Thank you.
Soilbuild REIT  has had a strong showing so far year to date, with distributions and revenue increasing significantly from the year before as a result of strong rental reversions.  Together with an attractive yield of 7.1% based on previous year' s DPU (Which could potentially be higher this year) and a manageable debt ratio, The trust looks poised to have a strong 2015.
