Hi leveinsg2, dont be fooled by Brooke's NAV. what is left is only 5 million in its escrow account. All assets have been acquired by parent via share cancellation. Brooke only gets 2 million back.

RTO is your best bet for Brooke.

Share7, if you have time, I suggest you look at brooke asia. It is a cash company, and I am looking at its NAV, thinking of any range from 50c to 80c. If it is true, it is really cash and the share price is well undervalued.

RTO to be completed within 18 months at most, or delisted with cash offer. Only problem is NAV really how much?

Both cannot be compared fairly as different market, SEA vs China. Buying HK is buying CEI soe. Moya needs to turn profitable first. I only buy HK after 3 quarters of profit and ignored by market. I will start studying Moya to see whether there's value. In the short term, Moya may still run as in the same industry, retailers may be played and flayed by traders. Thank you for your concern but HK is LT holding for me since my first purchase in April 2012, may be until 2015/2016 as long as there's still value. Similarly if I like Moya,   it's the same investing approach.

Hi, bro share7. Moya Asia performed not bad, about 10%, HK about 5%. I am slightly concerned if HK is overbought as everyone seems a bit too " gready" .

For Moya, it is just started or not even started. Yes, BOT is heavy investment, but it is the same to every water co. including HK which got a lot of debts as indicated. However, HK is a mkt darling, so should not say too much negative things about it. Today apparently HK will attract lots of buyers again due to the BT article. Mkt is irrational, isn't it? So rational investor like Luck3 exited too early. But do stay cautious, and good luck, bro.

Missed your post on HK, already 12.7c. Moya Asia still bleeding and hasn't turnaround. BOT is heavy investment and unless Mgt can turnaround, profit may not be enough to offset finance and overhead costs. I will study see got potential as I like water. Surprised that the Middle East major shareholder didn't give any projects in middle east, or not yet.

Yes, let see how Moya goes Monday.

Personally, I thought  HK got bigger potential, but probably with bigger risk, some including if M& A with CEI does not go through, though unlikely but cannot 100% rule out It has lots of debts, good and bed COE said no div. for new few years. Good things about HK seems well known, so no need to repeat. Will buy more when lower.

Moya is almost ignored, yet it has no debts, financially healthy, got two BOT projects in indonesia with recurring income forthcoming, though cambodia operation completed. If it can get new projects or other good news, the price with likely go up. So I think it is about the time.   Again, my 2 cents.

Yup, looks like quite a bit of either accumulation or passing of shares over to someone else

Today closed 0.045 cents up 0.004 cents BB back?

leveinsg2      ( Date: 20-Jan-2014 00:18) Posted:

precisely. HK got 4.8 billions issued shares, but Moya only 0.9 billions, less than 20% of HK, so easier for BBs to push up if the time is right.

Moya is a penny gem which is ignored by many investors and the market float shares also thin
