Swiber directors resigning citing reasons as " seeking new opportunitites" .  睁 着 眼 睛 说 瞎 话 .  These directors all sleeping during meeting?  When did they first learn about the Swiber distress situation?  SGX should investigate into their conduct.

I thought they are suupose to safeguard shareholder interests?  Can SGX clawback their fee?

 

Any idea why Variance is not halt ?  Swiber owns them so if swiber is c11....Variance shld be affected ?

buy the strong and not speculative ones. there is some good ones, depressed due to the sentiments. Who got big $, who will survive in this environment. It' s not grab any jobs that is available out there, cos you will lose your bargaining power in pricing and make loss for most projects clinched now anyway. And when upturn comes, the company will be too involve in the loss making contracts, and reversal in cost. They will lose both ways.

Don't expect so much. If the assets can borrow more money, they won't file liquidation with 25mio debt repayment.

Banks already calculated all, so basically, nothing left to shareholders. The assets in balance sheet doesn't reflect the actual market value when most of the vessels are laid off without jobs.
