On last Thursday one buyer bought in 2000 lots at 20.5 cents not Mr. Koh, this property counter still in favour.

there is less benefit for Mr Koh to privatise as by doing so, he would not able to easily raise further capital from the markets .

AGM probably next year Feb/March. Anyone noticed Aspial's annoucement, they incorporated a few companies in Malaysia for expansion in Malaysia. Maybe they want to replicate the same business model in Malaysia. If Aspial's in it, fragrance might be involved.

Not very sure his intention. This is not his first time buying. Seems he is the only big player in this (his) own stock and no one else interested to buy in large amount. It's a down trend stock since 18 sept 2012 from 0.3. Trade with care.

Fragance action coming?
No catalyst. .high gearing and no significant cash flows to handle.
Mr Koh will degrading down from the Forbes Singapore Richest Man if Fragrance Group keep dropping next year...

results not bad also no use if u re looking for a pun. mr koh's companies are really for investment only. buy n hold for dividends. capital gain only long term bonus. else try scalping
