Bro that one must ask bb liao. Lol.

But just my observation.  These few days accumulation taking place . Bb seem to be trying to hold the price down by putting up those wall to force weak retailer to sell to them at low. But I guess if you can hold long enough, there will be a chance it will raise. Just my thought. I maybe wrong.

Thanks for the advise.

Btw, is there any possibility that it will hits at least 0.028 or 0.026 within these few weeks?

With  2,440,278,158 of additional share introduced. It will affect the price . As for the warrant. It better off to sell it off looking at the price now. Mother share is 0.023 yet the warrant need 0.07 to exercise. I doubt any want will exercise it. Unless you can hold until ap mother share to raise way above 0.07 . ( within 3 years)

From my POV, I think for this case, it will be much better to buy the rights than just buy KLW if you have intention to buy the shares and hold. The rights cum warrants are much more worth it than just buying KLW alone.

the rights give u an ' option' to buy share at a certain stated price, which is 0.02 in this case.

the rights given to you are free, because u hold a certain no. of shares of the counter. So when the time to execute the ' option of purchase' u will need to pay up the difference of 0.02 per share for every right u own, otherwise, those rights will be worthless after the said period.

another option is to sell the rights on the market, which is the new counter u see KLW R. rights can be traded like a stock counter, until they expire.

if you choose to purchase rights off the market, you will then own the ' option of purchase' of KLW shares at 0.02 each. So effectively, if u buy the rights shares at 0.005, and u pay 0.02 for the actual share, you will in fact be paying for the actual counter' s price now. If you intend to buy the shares, it would be better to just buy KLW, forget abt the rights. and remember to pay up for your ' option of purchase' for those rights given to you, other wise you lose the value of the rights and get nothing out of it.

most ppl trade rights as a leverage of the main counter.

no catch to it. u can sell the rights off to get some money.... pls note if u do not have alot of the rights, u probably may not want to sell, taking into consideration of transaction costs etc. it might be a loss making transaction than a profit one.

or u can keep it and pay 0.02 for the main shares if u think it will rise soon.

from the looks of the movement and chart.... may not be good.

Hello, I am very new to investments... I am using SCB. I bought KLW sometime back at 2x the price of it now. I received the same sms mention below and checked my account, saw the KLW . R. I am wondering what I should do or what can I do with it. Is it free, so I can just sell it away as like share" KLW . R" before expiring, is there any catch to it??
