Alaska' s governor hands out 10,000 layoff notes and warns of a potential government shutdown
JUNEAU, Alaska (Reuters) - Alaska Governor Bill Walker issued layoff notes on Monday to more than 10,000 state employees, serving notice of a partial government shutdown that would begin on July 1 unless state lawmakers can agree on a budget for the forthcoming fiscal year.
Alaska is facing a $3 billion budget shortfall, worsened by a global oil price plunge, and lawmakers have been fighting for more than four months over how to fund day-to-day operations.

why many counters are starting to have computerized small lot of buy & sell every few secs or minutes???
Actually, before the matching, there were ~14M shares queueing to buy at 0.024 but ~4M pulled out or maybe trying to amend a lower amount but miss the match time.. So end up the ~14M sell orders only matched 10.72M with ~4M in the sell queue at 0.024. Not sure if this is considered a strong buy up??
