i dont think the current price is high. if i' m not wrong, forward PE is less than 5 with their current growth rate

Tat Seng is a good business. I think no point for Hanwell buying out Tat Seng at current high price when they already have majority control it.

I would not be surprised if this company became a subject of a takeover/delisting offer. Assuming a target price of 28c, the offeror will be walking away with control of Tat seng at a good discount to the book value. There is no present need for Hanwell to raise cash.

holding it since 23c, in my cold storage alrdy
Not a stretch to put the fair value of the counter at 28c. Their stake in Tat seng is worth 60M and the company is in a net cash position of 40M.
Current price of 22c is the price which Sam Goi bought. 1H profits is already up 97% and Hanwell is on track to a great FY 2018. Possible special dividends on the cards as well
acculumated quite a bit between 23 to 23.5
sold at 0.24... market sentiment not good.
