RESULTS OF THE PREFERENTIAL OFFERING 
The Manager expects the New Units to be listed and quoted on the Main Board of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 15 November 2016.'
The above date is on coming Tuesday, with an enlarged unit base, and for those who did not subscribe, some dilution. KDC REIT cloxd yesterday at 1.195 and dropped to an intraday low of 1.190. What could the opening price be on Tuesday ?
Thanks for the info bro. This is a value stock and it will be waste not to go for the preferential shares. 
NO trading of Preferential offering nil paid share. Either you subscribe or not.

has anyone receive letter on the acceptance of the rights ? i only received letter subscribed from SRS.
Most likely after the EGM and the prefential offering.
What is the time line for nil paid and normal payment? any one knows?
Btw,  I am a newbie in investment and I am looking for a reliable company for retirement investment just in case if I lost my job. Anyone can share if this is a reliable one?
Have you guys received the EGM booklet? I believe almost all will approve. Too bad I only saw this company recently, the price is much better at around 2014 to 2015.....

No ballot involved. You will get those as you calculated. They will send you a letter and after certain date you can go to ATM and key in or send the cashier' s order to them. This has turned to be a good share to own both in terms of Dividend as well as appriciation which nets out more than 10% per annum.
may i ask, how to apply for the rights?
and is it by ballot?
if i own 5,000 shares, i can apply for 274 x 5 = 1,370 shares, right?

Rights coming @ 274 per 1000 shares at 1.15. Looks solid and strong with well positioned to reap Singapore Government efforts to increase their footprint of collecting more data from people.
