After having read some prelim infos, I noticed the Variable Component of the Rental Income is the same as per projection. This means they have expected the qtr to do a lot better vs their projection, for normally IPO projections will tend to point to the downside. This means that against IPO projection, it " did not" meat target.
Variable Component in the EMA Structure is tied to tenant sales, reaclled reading something like this earlier. So, mall sales are not meeting then.
Secondly, in SGD the Rental Income is NEGATIVE vs IPO projection. The exchange rate effect is really ' damaging them' . Their hedging costs won' t be low, if they intend to keep defending the dpu payouts in SGD. The Distributable Income will certainly be hit soon !
