ESTABLISHMENT OF A S$1,000,000,000 MULTICURRENCY DEBT ISSUANCE PROGRAMME - DBS Bank appointed to be the agent
Mr Koh is waiting for delisting and set up a commercial REIT follow Soilbuild step ???
no expansion catalyst ahead unless fragrance setup a commercial REIT
how is interest rate outlook in the next 12 & mths ?
Does anyone know why this counter is going further and further down? Eventhough the market is going up??
perhaps they buy more before issuing of dividend
as it is good to get dividends which is exempted from income tax.

Haha you mean both buy/sell are the two Koh & Koh play?
The two brothers doing dollar cost averaging in their own company shares.
  Straight forward strategy

  * dividend yield is low
Minor shareholders who are looking for better dividend yield is better off investing in REITs.
* The only time where minor shareholders are rewards appears to be during bonus issue and have to wait for the share price
    to appreciate slowly.
* The major shareholders , get multi million p.a   as dividends , which is exempted from personal income tax

*   The major shareholder unlikely to take this company private the company has over 1 bn debt due to financing in investment assets.

Hi bro you vested a lot. Now Just park and collect DVD since you already vested. This counter is a one man show by koh. i didnt monitor this counter since last my post. So far I park my $ on some other stocks which already got small profits. Good luck bro.

investment is a personal choice.   What works for you may not works for others.
Its worth the wait if you treat it like partnering Mr Koh as a business.

The venerable engineering company could be next to launch a property trust, following the likes of Singapore Press Holdings and Overseas Union Enterprise.   Boustead is doing it,   SPH has done it,   so can Fragrance Group.
Forget about this paper dragon! I park my $ on other counter Liao. It will only 0.23,0.235,0.24,0.235....& so on.... Trade volume also not much. Except when Koh comes in and buy. If goes below 0.2 to 0.15 will consider again.
got out of Fragrance to cut it loose...as there are many counters / opportunities better reward/risk in this corrective circle.   Wait long long is different from Dream long long.

I am afraid this is just a paper dragon instead of a sleeping dragon. I am indecisive whether to enter at 0.23. It has been down trend for months since I started to observe from 0.26.
15.8%   is about   1060.654m shares   , consider 0.24 per shares,   about 254million SGD worth of shares in public hands ?
trading can ramp up if Fragrance can pool all its commercial properties together   , including PSA building, Keypoint, etc and launched an REIT IPO.
Doing REIT allow it to further position for expansion as it can prepare it funds
and take opportunity of the next correction to acquire commercial properties at good price. , perhaps in 2015 ?
If Ben Bernanke is not staying another term or could he stay another term , starting Jan 2014 ?   New Fed Chief may start winding down QE and what may happen to the global markets, is everyone guess.
Raise capital now from the shareholders as it is low cost funding and risk sharing without losing controlling stakes.
Oic, that means only 15.8% left for the public to play. Will such stock goes into thin trade?
