CPIB case, liabilities, assets, lack of skilled workers, potential contract wins, etc, have all been considered by TH, KC, SCM. JPM, CS during the negotiations. Hence 1 KC share will be given 20 Bayberry (SCM) shares in specie. Proper accounting, proper analysis and due diligence were done before the terms were agreed and finalised

Finally decided to cut loss and sold all the bad ones, very painful for me.
Then got some better ones and managed to cover some loss.
Now on the road to recovery, still got some way to go but at least no more sleepless nights |

After studying the charts, just bought KC shares.

This is also a true story, I keep SM only to vote NO to the merge. Even if the merge get through, I can run faster before Bayberry form and wait to buy in the Keppel without KOM after the demerge 😜
