No choice ma, if the merge term is make favorable to both SM and Keppel, then both SHs will sing the same song happily together and enjoying both rising share price. But too bad, so argue lo 😂 😂 😂

Seriously no envious cos I did sold my Keppel in profit. I' m not interested in Bayberry under such merge term, only interested in the Keppel without KOM.

Yes, we will know soon. Anyway to me, this merge term benefits TH the most, spending the least money and get this merge done. If bayberry need another RI in the future, TH can again improve their share holdings in Bayberry.
