My experience in one of Sasseur malls is good - modern, clean, well-run, good selection, good prices, good crowd. Not sure if it can maintain like this but so far so good.

Sasseur Reit X-Dividend, with a low PE Ratio of about 5.3x. Still going strong. 
Way to go compare to others REITs PE Ratio, Others is going 8x,15x n even punching above 20x.
