Any comments on this counter? Worth to buy? Since already long time at $0.245 & $0.250.?

 

Would it feasible for  Fragrance Group to expand by seting up a  commercial REIT and inject 3 of its acquired commercial properties into the REIT.  This allow  FG to raise capital cheaply from the shareholders and still retain majority control of these commercial properties
After raising capital from the from the REIT IPO, they can further acquire more commercial building to build the REIT portfolio.

Current portfolio
* NOL building
*  Keypoint
* Tai Keng Court

This is not unlike their hospitality business trust strategy.

starlene      ( Date: 01-Apr-2013 10:44) Posted: So anythg about or out from the AGM?   Biz Times today reported Koh Wee Meng bought 1 mil Fragrance at 26cts on 25 Mar..he has 4.918billion shares or 73.25% of issued capital and indirect interest 734.6mil shares or 10.94%..wow he controls about 84% of total shares in Fragrance-to prevent it for dropping after so many rounds of bonus issues..he looks like applying same strategy to Aspial-whose world class lt has sold well the Urban Vista...hope Aspial moves up higher soon

There is an increase of 23% full year  profit. So watch it ! I am loading some more

dunno whether i noob or wha.. bt where can i find the annual report on their website eh??

 

Not  an inducement to buy but the company really reward shareholders with not only div but also with  bonus shares. 

 

But Share price only up little ? maybe tmr when the news apperaed in the papers.Like last time after paper come out price shoot from 40 to 52 cents....
