Hmmm.... I am still undecided, it went below $5 within the last 5 years, but I think its very unlikely this time round.

Again OIL is hammer down. If I am not wrong ....last qtr oil didnt contribute any profit to Kep bottom line. ( in fact I think some neg )
So a quick response......even if oil goes another $10 down......wld there b another oil rig soon ?
Kepland is again the pillar that is holding up Kep Corp as a whole ...( any small contribution fm oil side wld b bonus)
certainly great for bb to push it lower to accumulate ....the question is how much lower ? ( Temasek allow it )
Time will tell. Whatever, for those who can hold .....there shld b value in Kep Corp . Vested

Now $5.91 3.5 million share traded, quite low price already
The profit came from Keppel land in China and it is making good profit over there

Kepland is going to release a new pro in CHINA with units selling next year.
Overall the drop of oil prices is affecting KEp Corp......is it really so bad ? ( now below its book value)

As long never go below $6.00..recent low aboout 6.04..now today about $6.30

Kep Corp is tradin below its book value 6.29 .....mainly cause by the depress oil issue.
Oil is a commodity which has to be used .......replacement source cant do it in the next decade or more.
Demand rise w population n growth .....and more with the cold weather ( or crazy climate change)
let see how this re-structuring goes into 2019 ?
