Don' t understand what you meant to say,... I don' t think this issuer will do an RI Exercise so quickly,.. can you remember which was the fastest RI Exercise done by an issuer after an IPO ? Or even the fastest private placement done after IPO ?

Well, bro,... evidently, the big and established cornerstones do not have the same opinions as we do,... Why would they take up the placements if they do not think this REIT is good ?

This one bad news really for lend lease.

One of its top 10 tenants at 313@Somerset, Forever 21?s US Headoffice just filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in US.

It contributed 1.6% of gross rental income.

I think they have plans to expand via rights issue which means shareholders have to cough out money...

Cheong? Nowadays reits all mostly sink below ipo price.

I will buy if this one drops below ipo price and good yield

But then last time i remember local reits also got many problems. I think quite a few reits kenna whacked down and many suffered huge loss.

Low yields
Sponsor not doing great, will pump more properties into reit. Retail investor may need to fork out more cash to buy rights
Retail business affected by online. Even Metro closing.
Can't really see any incentive.

Just take a shopping trip to Somerset 313 and you'll notice that shops aren't doing great.

Got some eagle at cheap price, dont dare to buy many.

I pray that eagle dont kum lan go and do acquistion or fund raising any time. Later kenna crush again .

This lan ease still expensive, wait for u to hammer it down leh..... haha

Ths is reit, not the usual stock.
Consider quite good already. Some recent reits just borderline. The worse one is Eagle reit, lau sai for 10 over cents, only recovered slightly now.
