Thanks I think you are right. Something linked to MSC, probably a major development project in Butter worth Penang. 
The trading activities seem very unusual, I have not seen much like this since I started trading in this counter from 2014.

as understand, they are targeting $100b AUM before the listing.

MSC trading moved up from $0.21 (Nov 2020) to $0.63 yesterday 

this is may be one of the attribute ..... check it out
