dropped from .485 to .465. Why?? :(
Will be crossing $0.6 soon with the listing of it's hotel and the divident, plus the announcement yesyerday. Should reach the TP:$0.8 in weeks to come.

Hotel rooms will increase by 20% predict by one property house. This imply theere is great demand for hotel room, it should increase the profit margin of fragrance. With the divident announment and the hotel listing, my broken recommanded buy with TP of $0.80

last time your broker recommanded Oceanus....after 2 days it drop to 0.08 from 0.105..... still can trust??? LOL

I believe it should even touch 70cents!

Here just a new TP - 0.60 cts upon listing and or closer to listing...?., think will wait for 040 cts if not will give it a miss for me.

All d good news is out liao....quite sure many is on profiting today as indicated by d traded volume.
Just sharing my thot. is much better then waiting for dividend payment and further news, news on it exsiting listing down the road.
