What i mean is that retail will sell for small gain, bb on the other hand will collect . But when there is too many retail inside, they will flush out the retail slowly over the week ~ s before pushing it up since this stock is oversold for now.

Buying now is not a safe bet , but at 7 cent range is gaurantee a safe bet . Rebound you know ? Throw a basketball on the floor down hard and the ball rebound fast, but over the time the rebound get smaller and stop completely. Retail is the ball, BB is the player, once he hold the ball he decide when to play
