problem with this stock is that fundamentals are good and pay good dividends yearly (and on an increasing trend) so no real reason for real value and long term investors to dispose their holdings.

vol very low, not many buyers or sellers free float very little after consolidation, time for bonus issue!
STI has crossed 3000 and many stocks has gone up a fair bit, Sunningdale expected to do well follow the recovery of US economy.
hope Sunningdale will move up soon
been monitoring this and it has been creeping upwards...any basis for it to run up tmr?

So many other stocks also the same pattern, isn' t it? Look at UMS, eg, stuck ard 60-61 for the longest time. This mkt is chng kay driven, not fundamental driven.

volume pick up a bit, hope cac move up soon
invest in Sunningdale must have great patence, it give me confidence to hold when KBH buy in company share and GSH holding company share
KBH starts to buy in again today, at least you know this is good for long term
Sunningdale is also a takeover target, hope one day a interested party will invite company to drink supper coffee for discussion

good set of results. hope can chiong soon.
maybe 1.30 still conservative. not many analysts cover but i found a 1.50 TP.
