Could be train instead of vessel? Reporter in china has mistaken a train as a vessel?

U got a good  and interesting point . Do seem that some party is willing to buy up at low .

​ Only wonder they mus hae resourse to gather to 50% ,,,,and more so find a party willing to buy over.
Advantage is to them as they know well the true book value.

Currently the Swiber' s 2 key persons own around 18%, PangYM owns 10%+. At current very very low price(P/B < 0.1), does it provide a very good opportunity for them to increase their owning % by giving a general offer lets say S$0.30 or even privatization?

 

Do you mean that BB are pushing this counter down and collecting....PLAN to take it private. ( as bk value over a $1)
