One of its top 10 tenants at 313@Somerset, Forever 21?s US Headoffice just filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in US.
It contributed 1.6% of gross rental income.

Better be careful playing reits. Especially those offering high yield and in oversea countries like usa, europe.
But then last time i remember local reits also got many problems. I think quite a few reits kenna whacked down and many suffered huge loss.
