Interesting character. Is he the same guy below or is it just same name?

Mr Lee Suan Hiang  was previously Deputy MD of Economic Development Board and CEO of SPRING Singapore, National Productivity Board, Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research and National Arts Council. He was also Chairman of PSB Corporation and Deputy Chairman of Old Parliament House Ltd and International Federation of Arts Councils & Cultural Agencies.
 He is currently President of EDB Society Chairman of Anacle Systems, Global Cultural Alliance and Arts Fund Committee and an independent director of several listed companies. He was awarded the National Day Public Administration Gold Medal, World Academy of Productivity Science Award, World SME Association Award, JETRO Award, Chevalier de l&rsquo Ordre des Arts et Lettres and NTUC Friend of Labour and Meritorious Service Awards.

But this man Zhang Yulong  10,000,000 1.36% S$150,000 Mr Zhang Yulong simi referal maybe he can profit(< 5% substantial no need report) Can he turn LEADER ENV around with all his connections?
