Nice to see Tresury yield sabilizing and MIT price creeping up :)
I think so. It is making a early U turn and it is still good to buy. Unfortunately I over invested in St Eng and couldn' t buy more now.

I have sold all at around 2.92. I think now is time to buy back as it seems to have more upside.

i do not know if this is the best price. to me it looks ok. i buy a bit. i split out my buy into small little bits.
generally average lower. no one know where is bottom. i always keep cash for irrational sell of this type of reasonable good stock with good backing. good backing neccesary to improve ability to borrow money during distress time.

Vested 5k lots. Good to buy during Reits sales.
Seem sellers still have alot to sell. Hope can catch the bottom.
If I have a million dollar to spare, don' t mind doing so, can live off the 5% distribution )

I like their high tec offices and the data centres. Yield also rather decent for this REIT.
Not so much for the other spaces like light factory. There is also a need to do NS when it comes to rental renewal. High gearing and potential increase in interest are pulling down the price. Can add to watchlist. May buy abit when the price is right.
