I ever thought of investing in UMS when it struck at 53.5cts but feel uneasy with the recent major selloffs. I prefer reits or trust as its returns are higher and more stable. At least much better than bank FDs.

I did q for 52 cents but didn' t reach my price . Still vested some at 54 cents.

They r just merely taking profit for selling mostly at v Gd price of 69 cents per share.this is nothing to worry.He still hold more than 20% shares.

2nd Qtr result may be announced on 6 Aug can expect CD of 1 cents.

Just for discussion, not scare mongering or anything.
UMS currently only have 1 major shareholder (> 5%) and since Andy is reducing his stakes yearly, what will happen if his holdings goes below 5% (i think he currently has about 19%)? Still business as usual or ....????? Are there any companies that do not have any major shareholders listed on SGX?

With PE of 7.3 .more than 9% yields + another CD announcing in Aug soon seems a very good stock .

tmr last day to collect CD. next CD in Oct + perhaps another CD in May next year . dividend on 5 cents + . interest yield of about 10% + Zero debts, cash on hand + reserve profit add-up to about 30 cents per share.. NAV 58 cents seems super good value.

Today, UMS faced strong selling again. Its major shareholders selling again?
Based on EMA 200, the reversion to the mean of 0.65 - 0.70 should take place. So, the upside is good.
hope BB pumping now.
